Karmen, Keisha, and Gigi were superb with helping me with the entire transfer leasing process. Loved interacting with them because they were enthusiastic and helpful! I have stayed here for a little over 2 years and have decided that I wanted to continue to be a part of this community due to the staffs’ services since the beginning.
The entire staff on premise takes pride in their work! From the leasing process, maintenance upkeep, and just customer service - everything is spot on. They are communicative with on going events and notices.
Gigi was very prompt in making sure I had a smooth move-in process, stress free. Now that I’m finally settled in, I must say the property is beautiful! Thank you Gigi for all your help from start to finish! Carmen and Keisha are also sweethearts!
Sometimes it is not what you say it’s how you say it and when dealing with a diverse community and different cultures, I believe it is important to always be aware of that and to watch your tone. On many occasions, Keisha has been a little nasty and snappy. I have avoided the leasing office on several occasions due to her lack of communication skills and politeness. As a tenant, I should never feel like I can’t come to the leasing agents and expressing my concerns. But I’m constantly met with attitude and in general people who clearly don’t like their job. It is unfortunate bc the property is beautiful. Despite the bugs that inhabit my home.
Gigi is a truly amazing agent. Since I had to move from California and couldn't see the Highland property in person, I had to rely on Miss Gigi a lot to ask questions and proceed with the lease agreement. Despite numerous inquiries, she kindly answered them all and kept me informed of the progress over the phone, which allowed me to move to Georgia Duluth smoothly. Even after the move, she kindly explained unfamiliar aspects, making Highland Sweetwater Creek feel like home now, just a week after moving in. Thank you, Miss Gigi!"
